Any boy in whom VUR diagnosis should be excluded. Any child with
abnormal external genitalia
Any child with thick wall bladder.
Any child with abnormal US, with dilatation on US, after diuretic
MAG3 and if ureter was dilated.

All girls under 3 years of age in whom VUR should be excluded
e.g. UTI or prenatal diagnosis of hydroureteronephrosis or with
abnormal 99mTc DMSA scan.
All boys under 3 years of age in whom VUR has been established
on MCUG and in whom follow up is required.

Child who is toilet trained
(> 3 years old )
Child with abnormal 99mTc DI scan.
Child with abnormal US finding but no dilatation
