UZROCI
INVALIDNOSTI NA PODRUČJU UNSKO-SANSKOG KANTONTA OD 1997. DO 2001.

CILJ:
Cilj rada bio je utvrditi grupe vodećih bolesti koje su uzrok invalidnosti
na području Unsko-Sanskog kantona od 1997. do 2001. godine.
ISPITANICI
I METODE: Ispitanici su osiguranici federalnog Zavoda PIO/MIO,
a korišteni su standardni postupci retrospekcije, epidemiološke
opisne analize. Ukupno je ocjenjeno 3278 osiguranika; muškaraca
2336 (71,26%) i žena 942 (28, 74%). 1384 (42,22%) osiguranika je
bilo u radnom odnosu, 1182 (36,06%) van radnog odnosa a 712 (21,72%)
osiguranika su imali status radnika na čekanju. Najviše je ocjenjeno
osiguranika u dobnoj skupini od 50 i više godina 1729 (52,74%) a
najviše onih sa ukupnim penzijskim stažom od 21-30 godina 1328 (42,16%).
1165 (35,54%) osiguranika je ocjenjeno sa I kategorijom invalidnosti
- gubitak radne sposobnosti, a 684 (20,87%) osiguranika je ocjenjeno
sa II kategorijom invalidnosti.
REZULTATI:
Zbog bolesti kardiovaskularnog sistema sa I i II kategorijom invalidnosti
su ocjenjena 646 (19,71%) osiguranika. I kategorija invalidnosti
462 (14,10%) osiguranika, a sa II kategorijom invalidnosti 184 (5,61%)
osiguranika. Zbog mentalnih poremećaja i poremećaja ponašanja sa
I i II kategorijom invalidnosti ukupno je ocjenjeno 333 (10,16%)
osiguranika. Ocjenom I kategorija invalidnosti 295 (9,0%) osiguranika,
a sa ocjenom II kategorije invalidnosti 38 (1,16%) osiguranika.
Zbog povrede na radu, van rada i ratnih povreda sa I, II kategorijom
invalidnosti su ocjenjena 296 (9,03%) osiguranika. Ocjenom I kategorija
invalidnosti 105 (3,20%) osiguranika, a sa ocjenom II kategorije
invalidnosti 191 (5, 83%) osiguranika.
ZAKLJUČAK:
Rezultati ovog rada pokazuju da su bolesti kardiovaskularnog sistema
vodeća grupa bolesti u ukupnoj invalidnosti na području Unsko-Sanskog
kantona od 1997.do 2001.godine, zatim slijede mentalni poremećaji,
poremećaji ponašanja, pa povrede na radu, van rada i ratne povrede.
Može se zaključiti da kardiovaskularne bolesti i dalje zadržavaju
prvo mjesto u etiologiji invalidnosti u odnosu na raniji period.
DISABILITY CAUSES IN THE AREA OF UNA-SANA KANTON BETWEEN 1997

AIM:
The goal is to establish the group of leading diseases causing disability
in the area of Una-Sana Canton in the period from 1997 to 2001.
SUBJECTS
AND METHODS: The person- questioned insured by the Federal Office
of Disability-Pension Insurance, where the standard retrospective
and epidemiological descriptive analyses were used. The total of
3278 insured people was assessed: 2336 men (71.26%) and 942 women
(28.74%). 1384 (42.22%) of them were employed, 1182 (36.06%) were
not employed, and 712 (21.72%) of them were on the job waiting list.
The greatest number of the insured assessed were of age 50 an over,
totally 1729 (52.74%) of them, and the majority of them had the
aggregate pension years of service ranging from 21 to 30 years,
totally 1382 (42.16%) of them. 1165 (35.54%) of the insured were
assessed the first (I) disability category - the loss of physical
performance, and 684 (20.87%) of the insured were assessed the second
(II) disability category - the change of physical performance.
RESULTS:
Due to the diseases of the cardiovascular system, 646 (19.71%) of
the insured were assessed the first (I) and second (II) disability
categories. 462 (14.10%) of the insured were classified the first
(I) disability category, and 184 (5.61%) of the insured were classified
the second (II) disability category. Due to mental disturbances
and behaviour disorders, the total of 333 (10.16%) of the insured
were assessed the first (I) and second (II) disability categories.
295 (9.0%) of the insured were assessed the first (I) disability
category, and 38 (1.16%) of them were assessed the second (II) disability
category. Due to injuries at work, injuries not related to work,
and war injuries, 296 (9.03%) of the insured were assessed the first
(I) and second (II) disability categories. 105 (3.20%) of the insured
were assessed the first (I) disability category and 191 (5.83%)
of them were assessed the second (II) disability category.
CONCLUSION:
The results of this study indicate that cardiovascular diseases
are the leading diseases in the aggregate disability in the area
of Una-Sana Canton in the period from 1997 to 2001, followed by
mental disorders, behaviour disorders, injuries at work, injuries
not related to work, and war injuries. It may be concluded that
the cardiovascular diseases are still number one diseases in the
disability aetiology compared to the period before.
