Book of Clinical Immunology, by author Prof Jasenka Karamehića MD, Prof. Zehre Dizdarević MD and associates, is first comprehensive book in this medical branch on theritory of ex Yugoslavia and Balakans. Book has 816 pages in format A4, 42 reports, devided in 5 sections, associated by 45 eminent experts from all BH Universities and 4 profesors from USA (3 from Yale and 1 from Harvard). Head (leading) authors of the book are Prof. Jasenko karamehić MD and Prof. Zehra Dizdarević MD and 45 associates which wrote different chapters in Clinical Immunology.

First author Prof. Jasenko Karamehić MD, with most Reports (all together 19), Prof. Zehra Dizdarević MD (all together 5), Prof. Faris Gavrankapetanović MD (all together 3), all other authors wroted mostly one report or participated as co-authors in some of these reports.
Book of Clinical Immunology is devided in 5 Sections:

• Transplantation Immunology
• Immune Laboratory Methodes

From all so far mentioned we can conclude that book of Clinical Immunology by author Prof. Jasenko Karamehić MD, Prof. Zehra Dizdarević MD and associates, is a huge publishing project by number of eminent experts (45) from B&H, USA and Croatia, by size and content with 5 sections, and 42 reports from all domains of Clinical Immunology, most certainly is the biggest after war publishing achivement in B&H, and wider considering Balkans.

From this mentioned reason I recommend this book to all future potential readers, first of all, pregraduated and postgraduated medical and related disciplines students, as well as doctors of medicine, specialists and to all others who reasurch this field, as well as other experts in different medical branches since immunology isrelated to all segments of medicine.
