Arterial
hypertension is one from the most important causes of cardiovascular
diseases on which is possible to influence by preventive measures
and by adequate and timely therapy too, and so to prevent the
development of complication.By prospective analysis 60 patients
in period of 12 weeks were observed.The patients were divided
into the following groups in accordance to heigh of arterial hypertension
(systoloc/diastolic) - degree I 16,66% (10 patients), - degree
II 30% (18 patients), - degree III 53,33% (32 patients). Amlodipin
as an antagonist of calcium canals from group of dihydropiridins
with long activity was indicated in mentioned groups of arterial
hypertensy given in form of monotherapy or as combination with
diuretics, beta-blocators or ACE inhibitors. In the analysis of
lasting of treatment of arterial hypertension before including
of amlodipin: period of time in which was obtained optimal decline
of arterial blood pressure and significant differencis between
standard parameters within I, II and III degree arterial hypertension
were taken under consediration.
