RESULT OF PREGNANCY IN PATIENT WITH VENTRICULAR SEPTAL DEFECT

Cardiovascular diseases in pregnancy represent
a serious complication and could aggravate general state of patient,
and even cause death. Frequency of these diseases in pregnancy
is 1%. We have discussed a case of patient R.M. 31 years old with
congenital septal ventricular defect, with difficult pulmonary
hypertension. It is known tha theese cases disclude pregnancy,
that they demand pregnancy termination. Patient had been sent
to our clinic from primary health protection in 4th month pregnancy.
She doesn't accept advices of gynecologist, and the request of
the familly to terminate pregnancy and decides to continue the
pregnancy. The result was, that the fetus has died in utero after
6/7 months of pregnancy, with patient dies during a vaginal delivery
of dead fetus with signs of deep cardiovascular shock. For more
favourably prognosis of the final result CVD in pregnancy is important
mecal control, life conditions and willingness of patient to collaborate,
which depends of education level, economical state, with remark
that in cases like this one, a fact is, that it would be better
that it doesn't come to pregnancy at all.
